I am a 25 year old self-taught landscape and action sports photographer, born and raised in the Lake District.
I have always been keen to explore the incredible landscape on my doorstep. I was led to photography via my passion for mountain bikes. I first picked up a camera to shoot friends riding bikes in the local woods around 2008. Cycling magazines such as Dirt & MBR provided motivation and I became active on online forums in search of critique and tutorials to hone my skills.
Over the past couple of years I have diversified a little encompassing landscape photography. I am an avid chaser of the light preferring to capture a scene in a light that most might miss, this requires time behind the lens around the clock.
