I’ve been riding bikes since I was 4 yrs old and have been obsessed with them ever since! BMX in the 80’s and building jumps out of barn doors and hay bales paved the way. My parents bought me a Muddy Fox for my 10th birthday and a whole new world of riding was opened up to me. Soon after I rode Garburn Pass (when it was properly gnarly) on that fully rigid bike and thought my arms were going to explode! I was completely hooked. I genuinely believe getting out on the bike is like a medicine/drug that is good for your soul! Now my kids are riding their bikes too and it’s a whole new buzz.

I’ve been producing web/video/new media content at Cactus Creative for the last 11 years which now includes LakesMTB where I have helped develop this site with Andy and Dan – happy days!
