I am a mountain bike rider, a lawyer, a mum of two boys and I part own a bike shop in South Lakes called DC Cycles.

Living in the lakes means I am lucky enough to have easy access to some of the best trails and mountains in the Country. My favourite rides are big mountain hike a bikes with rocky single track descents. I love riding on my own just as much as sharing the adventure with friends.

Preferred post ride activity is a pint of local ale, spirulina and crisps! I also ride for Flare Clothing Company and Roots Mountain Biking Race team.

In the strive to empower more women to ride I organise women only rides in the lakes. Hope to see you out on those trails soon!
